Waldo’s update on COVID-19
In light of recent COVID-19 developments, we’d like to keep you up to date with our service delivery and make you aware of a few practices we’ve put in place to ensure we’re able to continue providing you with high quality and FDA approved daily lenses with contact-free delivery to your door.
We are fully stocked to be able to ship and send your lenses contact-free to your door, and we'll do our very best to get your lenses to you as soon as possible, however we are experiencing some delivery delays during this time. If you’re placing an order for the first time, we expect your trial lenses to be with you in 3-5 business days. If you're expecting a renewal order, please bear in mind its arrival might be delayed by 1-2 days.
Within our global fulfilment centres, we are complying with all government regulations and guidance, and are in constant daily communication with the teams at each location. Our partnerships were built on a backbone of strong cloud-based infrastructure so rest assured that we are more than capable of achieving the same high level of efficiency that we’ve been working to for the last two years.
Waldo lenses are and always have been made within the strictest guidelines and processes. Our processes are highly automated, with state of the art machinery and Automated Optical Inspection systems which means that each individual lens is automatically inspected to ensure only flawless lenses are packaged and sold. Our manufacturing systems are fully automated with no human interaction during the production of lenses, however, over and above usual sanitation and hygiene measures, we’ve actioned additional safety measures, including body temperature controls and health checks on arrival at facilities.

Daily lenses are categorically the most hygienic form of contact lens when compared to longer-term lenses such as monthlies or bi-weeklies, due to the fact you can snap open a fresh pair every morning - no need to reuse or store them overnight.
